Initial Consultation includes a one hour on-site meeting with the Owner, followed by an e-mail report addressing the concerns and questions presented (Initial Consultation Report).    The report can include overall design ideas, direction on sourcing out local codes and requirements, energy efficient suggestions and products, general anticipated costs, recommendations for subcontractors…a pretty thorough overview on where to go from here.  Most Owners intent on doing it themselves will find this independent observation quite helpful and oftentimes eye opening.

Additional coaching services can include design sketches and floorplans, color consultation, on site assistance with contractors, service providers and builders.  Regreen/Remodel is not a licensed General Contractor and cannot hire or supervise on your behalf.  

Cost = $65/hr or by the project
